Supervisión y Control SA has hired 13 handicapped people.
They carry out their work functions in the points indicated on the map, according to the chronological order of their incorporation to our company. They carry out functions of office assistant (scanning documentation, postal services,.) and of cleaning staff, either part time or full time.
And everybody is happy
In Supervisión y Control SA we have achieved the participation and integration of a group of handicapped as workers in our company. This is achieved through a work methodology with support, and without distancing them from their normal place of residence.
This page aims to tell about our own experience and to motivate other companies as to the incorporation of handicapped workers in the normal workings of a company. We are happy to have been able to open work opportunities for them.
IIn the enterprises of the Fomento de Iniciativas group we support the incorporation of mentally handicapped people into a social-working environment. As is commonly known these individuals have greater difficulty in finding and maintaining a job, than those encountered by other handicapped groups.
We are very happy with the results obtained and we would urge other entities to take a stand; it will result in social benefits for the company and the workers as a whole.
