Supervisión y Control SA has hired 13 handicapped people.
They carry out their work functions in the points indicated on the map, according to the chronological order of their incorporation to our company. They carry out functions of office assistant (scanning documentation, postal services,.) and of cleaning staff, either part time or full time.

Yield and productivity in our work centers:

- Our experience indicates that they contribute to the productivity, the esteem of the personnel and the team spirit.
- The implication in the company grows for the set of the employees. The reason is that they see in our company more objectives than the merely economic one.
Responsibility, image and incentives:
- La LISMI (Ley de Integración Social de Minusválidos) establishes obligatory quotas of reserve of jobs for people with handicaps of a 2% in the companies deprived with 50 or more people in the picture of the personnel, and of a 3% in the public administrations. In both cases, they will be free of this obligation whenever the certain alternative measures are applied prescribed. (R.D.27/2000)
