Please note that, in case of delay by the user, once 15 minutes have passed after the scheduled appointment, it will be cancelled in favour of other users of the service.
For organisational reasons, the inspection service will begin within a range of fifteen minutes after the time of the arranged appointment.
SUPERVISIÓN Y CONTROL, S. A.U. (hereinafter referred to as “SYC”) has implemented a policy for the purposes of complying with the provisions of the Spanish Organic Law 15/1999, of 13th December, on the Protection of Personal Data, informing, and seeking the express consent of all its users, prior to proceeding with the incorporation of their personal data to the various files created and registered before the Spanish Agency for the Protection of Personal Data within SYC.

Management of the pre-arranged appointment service for the vehicle technical inspection, as well as, if applicable, for sending confirmation/reminder messages of the appointment by email and/or SMS messages or IM
Customer management of the vehicle technical inspection service; management of the documentation required by legislation regarding these inspections; accounting, fiscal and administrative management, as well as the request for information to measure the degree of satisfaction with the service offered.
The management, attention and appropriate follow-up of suggestions, queries, and/or claims regarding the vehicle technical inspection services offered by SUPERVISIÓN Y CONTROL, S.A.
SYC is responsible for the personal data files existing within its organisation and, as such, has adopted a commitment of full compliance with the correct processing and confidentiality of personal information contained in such files with its users.

Technical Inspection Certificate (original, without covering in plastic).
Driving Licence (failing that, a duly certified copy will be accepted, a complaint form according to art. 9 of RD 2042/94 – or a simple background note issued by the Provincial Headquarters for Traffic).
Proof of payment of the mandatory insurance.
