The Production department generates a large part of the employment opportunities. For this reason, the professional profiles that are most in demand are those linked to degrees in vocational training in the areas of the automotive industry and administration.

We are looking to continuously train our work team, to adapt to the demands of the sector and maintain a team of professionals that is always up to date, meeting the standards of continuous improvement.
Every year we produce a Training Plan based on technical competence and development skills for the different departments.
At technical level, we assess the qualifications of our network of inspectors, ensuring the technical expertise required to provide a quality service in the different stages of the inspection line.
We adapt the training contents to the different professional profiles in the company and we measure the training given to improve our standards.
It is the company’s policy to promote the development of male and female workers. Opportunities for promotion, rotations and internal transfers are therefore encouraged before resorting to external sources.
At the same time, individual career plans are promoted, in the light of high performance levels, based on the development and consolidation of professional experience.
Since 2013 Supervisión y Control has had an Equality Plan, which aims to provide effective equal opportunities and treatment in the company between men and women within the company.
This is a dynamic and proactive document to establish an equal entrepreneurial culture with four key objectives:
- To achieve equal treatment between men and women without discriminating directly or indirectly due to gender, as well as to support and encourage measures to achieve real equality within the company, establishing equal opportunities for men and women.
- To contribute to the organisation of working time and promote measures aimed at reconciling working, personal and family life, in the company sphere.
- Preventing sexual harassment and harassment on the grounds of gender in the company.
- With regards to internal and external communication, reporting all the decisions to be taken regarding the Plan and projecting a company image in accordance with this principle of equality.
The Equality Plan is available to all workers and an internal committee is in charge of monitoring the measures taken with regard to the principle of equal treatment and opportunities between men and women.
In the Human Resources department we believe in interaction and communication as the primary vehicles to get closer to the human team, to listen to and understand the needs of our professionals.
It is the tool which we have to transmit information, working together to increase the intrinsic motivation in work, and to convey our company’s culture and way of working, based on COMMITMENT.
Every year we carry out interaction actions aimed at all the people who work in Supervisión y Control. The topics are varied but we always share a common vision in each one of them: to address Galicia and the Galician people. These are projects that take advantage of synergies, to help us get to know ourselves better and to share experiences beyond our jobs. All the contents generated in these types of actions are reflected in the annual corporate calendar.
