El principal son los elementos relacionados con alumbrado y se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n. As\u00ed lo asegura Carmen Fern\u00e1ndez, que sit\u00faa como segundo motivo el estado de los neum\u00e1ticos, y en tercero los frenos. Pero ante el cambio de normativa en 2016 relativo a emisiones contaminantes, \u00e9stas pasan a ser el tercer motivo de rechazo en el a\u00f1o 2017.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Carmen Fern\u00e1ndez reflexiona tambi\u00e9n sobre la necesidad de promover una cultura de la ITV, de forma que la sociedad entienda que es una pata m\u00e1s de los sistemas de control.
